to download either/both of the PSFB Base Access Requests.

Steps

1. Fill out the form

2. Return the completed form to the PPCS Administrative Officer

3. Commanders signature will be obtained then forms will be processed at the Wing level.

Notes

• Seniors: The card issued by the base [DBIDS} will allow only yourself to enter the base.
• Exceptions may be requested for those escorting groups of cadets to various functions on base.
• This process will take about 3 weeks.
• Once everything is processed the best way to check if you are on the list is to call the Peterson Visitor Center and make sure you are on it before going.
• To receive base access please take two valid forms of ID along with current vehicle registration and proof of insurance (neither can be expired).  The visitor center is open Monday – Friday 0700-1600.
